Common Rail

Common Rail

In contrast to other injection systems, the common-rail technology separates the pressure generation from the injection. A separate high-pressure pump constantly supplies the rail with fuel.

While other diesel direct injection-systems have to build up the high fuel pressure anew for each injection cycle, the common-rail system permanently has fuel at its disposal at the right pressure matched to the operating conditions of the engine.

We manufacture numerous components for common-rail systems, such as union nuts, set screws, casings, plugs and other cold-formed parts.
